The owner is down to earth and ready to help whenever you need it. They serve a good breakfast each day and ask what you prefer. It’s a budget-friendly place in North Goa where you can feel at home. There’s parking for both cars and two-wheelers, and the AC worked fine. The king-size bed is eight feet wide, which is great for a small family.

The owners were cooperative and made sure we had what we needed. The kitchen came with all the essentials and more than enough supplies, and the place is also close to markets. We loved both the accommodation and the hospitality. It’s an affordable place to stay in Candolim, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Mrs.Patricia and her Husband made our stay pleasant and comfortable. They were kind and helpful throughout, and the property is in pleasant surroundings. There are plenty of utensils and all the basic amenities, plus a maid comes to clean daily. The owner provided enough water for two people and arranged a bike for us. If you’re looking to stay in Candolim, don’t think twice about booking this place. We’re already looking forward to visiting again.

Mr. Bobby and misses Patricia were amazing and so helpful during the six days I stayed here. They also guided us on where to go in Goa and how to get there, and cooked for us when needed. The rooms were very clean, and the kitchen had everything for cooking, including plates, bowls and spoons, as well as a fridge and microwave. The property’s location is owsome, just a short walk from condolim market. I’ll stay here and only here when I visit Goa again. Thank you, Patricia mam and Mr. Bobby, for your hospitality.
