Good value in a great location, with the hotels neat and clean and well connected. It’s just 1.5 km from Siquirim beach. No pool and no lift, though. Met Mr. Shardkumar 😀, he’s super cool and calm! 👍

There’s no food available at the moment because renovation is underway, but the hotel staff were welcoming and I had a nice four-night stay. It’s within walking distance of Francoise Beach. Online booking won’t get you a room, so you need to talk rates over with the owner when you arrive. I paid 1300 per night. 😊

We came in for a meal and won’t be returning. When we politely asked the server to turn on the fan, they answered rudely and dismissively, as though we’d asked for something outrageous. The staff showed no basic respect for customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Owner Eric is the sweetest, kindest person. The hotel’s convenient for major attractions, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious, and you must try the Prawn Masala.

The restaurant is the highlight: excellent food, even better service, and karaoke too. The place is clean and decent, conveniently close to the beach and all the happening areas. Good value for money, and highly recommended.
