Hotel Twin Tower 2 By OYO Rooms

I'm really angry with the staff. My parents were staying here, but when I went to see them, the hotel staff said I couldn't visit my own parents and would have to leave within an hour. They called it a policy, but why wasn't that explained before we booked? When my dad asked why staff weren't wearing IDs if the policy was so strict, they had no answer. Zero rating from me.

The online photos look good, but the actual room service and cleanliness were really poor. I had to ask three times just to get a towel, and finding bugs in the bed and pillows was a nightmare. They need to improve their service.

We booked through colours of India (Rohit Shokta). The property was new and well maintained, and it's 50mtr from Adventure resort. The staff were always around to help and very cooperative. Food, rooms, views and service were all fabulous. Five stars don't feel like enough, we'd give it 10. Strongly recommend it.

The staff were polite and friendly, and the location is quite close to Laxmi Chowk. But on a chilly morning, there was no hot water for a bath. I followed up three times and still didn't get any, so I finally checked out frustrated. They also don't provide bottled water. When I asked, they gave me water in a pearl-pet container, not a bottle. The premises could use some tidying too.
