At nearly ₹2000, this place wasn’t worth it. Maybe it would be acceptable around ₹800, but Kochi has much better hotels at this price. The “heritage” label felt like an excuse to charge more for outdated facilities, and it seems there are lots of paid reviews here. The building felt old and poorly maintained. Bathrooms were slippery and unsafe, the rooms were dim, mosquitoes got in, and the ancient AC was noisy all night. Corridor lights also shone into the room, with no proper way to block them. Parking was a mess, and at 5 AM they woke another guest to move a vehicle. Staff behavior was frustrating too, most seemed inexperienced and didn’t know how to handle or communicate with guests. Never again at Nambiars. Absolutely not recommended.

The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and have good AC. I was told the restaurant was under maintenance, but there are several restaurants nearby. It’s close to the main transport links, including the railway station, metro, and ksrtc bus stand. A perfect place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nambiars Premium Heritage. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was fantastic and professional. I booked all the rooms for a marriage function and paid an advance, with a booking slip as a receipt. At the time, they were friendly and flexible about check-in and checkout times. But in the final week before the function, they got other bookings and changed the policy. They said they couldn’t give extra time unless I paid another 200 per hour, and told me to cancel if I didn’t agree because they had other bookings that day. I cancelled the whole booking and got a refund. The person at reception was rude when I cancelled. Think before booking. Thank you.

The rooms are nice for families, with a good AC and a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom was very good too. Thanks for providing wifi.
