The rooms are on the small side, but they were clean, and room service was okay. It seems like a new property with staff willing to work. Parking may be a problem if several larger vehicles arrive. The map pin is wrong: it sends you into lanes off the Delhi highway, while the hotel is across from Axis bank on Chandigarh highway, about 400m from Simrala Chowk.
The rooms smelled bad, the wall paint was peeling, and the service was awful. I booked through the Oyo app at a rate of 600, but at the hotel they said it was sold out and offered me a room for 1400rs. They are fraud.
Check the toilet and room before you move in, as things aren't managed properly. The staff weren't cooperative. GPS may direct you along a small road, but the hotel is on the main chandigarh highway.
Food orders take a long time, and there's no real room service. The upholstery smells, and both the rooms and washroom are very small. Nothing good about this hotel. Best to avoid.
We had to stay because the room was booked for our family function and we had no choice. It was a horrible night, and if you care about your health, don't go there. The room had no ventilation, smelled bad, was cramped, and had dust everywhere, mosquitoes, broken latches, and dirty bedsheets and pillows. The person at reception was rude and unprofessional. Pathetic, wouldn't want to give it even one star. This Oyo hotel doesn't deserve anything. Don't ever visit.
