Capital O 82960 Hotel K Star

I stayed one night and would expect anyone to come away with two or four illnesses for free, along with any mental harassment as a bonus. I’ve never seen such careless people. I’m a senior manager in a bank, and the room was booked through the Bank, but despite the confirmed booking they didn’t give me a room. Only after I strongly objected and followed up did they put me in one of their hotels. The room was filthy, there was filth piled on both sides, the bed was broken, and the inside latch was broken so the door couldn’t be closed. There was no safety at all, and anyone could enter the hotel at any time. Electrical wires and boards were sticking out, and the electrical board was broken. I have photos and a video as proof. I’ve never eaten such a dirty breakfast. I emailed a complaint about the room, clearly describing the broken latch, exposed wires, broken electrical board, and danger to life, but they never responded. I still have that email as evidence. If anyone doubts what I’m saying, they can ask me for the photos and video.
