The service was awful from the start. We called room service about a problem and nobody came, and the food was so bad we left it untouched. For what they charge, this place really isn't good value. We ride together as a biking group and travel around India every month, so we have stayed in plenty of places. This was one of the worst experiences I've had. I'm sharing the photo as evidence and to warn others away. They didn't seem to feel any regret about the service.

We paid Rs. 2000 per night, but the room and its facilities didn't justify that price. The geyser wasn't working, and although there was an all-weather AC, it wasn't working either. The set-top box only had free channels. Given all that, a fairer rate would be no more than 1000 rupees. We only ordered milk from the restaurant. It tasted like it was 80% water.

I've been here for 12 days, and I have another 15 days planned, but I'm already thinking of changing hotels. The toilet facilities aren't proper, the TV doesn't work, and the staff behave very badly. Worst facilities I've had in a hotel.

At an average price, this place is worth considering. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the services were good enough to meet my needs. I'd recommend it.

This is the worst property in Ludhiana. The service is pathetic, so save your money and stay elsewhere. I don't know what OYO is doing, picking up such poor properties.
