The mattress sank so much that sitting on it comfortably was impossible, and there wasn't a proper place to sit or a table for eating. I also had to ask before they brought basic things like a toothbrush and toothpaste. After bathing, there was no body lotion or hair oil either. The worst part was asking for a comb and being offered one used by the room service staff. That felt unhygienic and unprofessional. The stay was a big disappointment.

For a business trip, I needed reliable WiFi, but the connection was awful, with very poor range and sometimes no internet at all. The shower was broken, and there was no wardrobe for luggage or hanging clothes. Breakfast was another letdown: there was no menu, only a limited amount of paratha and chai. I strongly recommend skipping the breakfast add-on.

It's handy for the bus stand, which is very close. The room and service were just average.

The place is kept in good condition, and being close to the bus stand means everything is easy to find nearby.
