Hotel Tanjo Highland With Pool, Candolim Beach

This is a flat converted into rooms, and it doesn't feel like a hotel. The rooms are in a really low class, with terrible service and bad management. They charge higher prices and don't provide even half the facilities you pay for. We paid extra for a bed, but they put it in the hall and in the bedroom. There was no shampoo, the towels were in awful condition, and the bathroom drain wasn't working properly. The corridor was full of garbage bags, litter, and waste. Never go.

The rooms are awful, in what feels like flats rather than a hotel, and the location isn't even proper. They charge a lot but don't provide 20% of the facilities they claim to charge for. The service was terrible and third class. I have to give at least one star to submit this, otherwise I'd give minus stars. Never even try going.

This is an apart-hotel, not really a hotel. The AC in my apartment was very old and loud, and only the bedroom had one. The fridge wouldn't close properly and was leaking. Staff barely spoke English and were no help with directions. The directions they sent were unclear and incomplete. FabHotel confirmed my stay, but when I arrived I couldn't get a room for about an hour because of communication problems with the hotel staff and because they didn't have my reservation. Several people had to be contacted to confirm it.

I really liked this place. It's very luxurious, the view is outstanding, and they bring you whatever accessories you need on time.
