The AC was making a lot of noise, the toilet wasn’t clean, and the blankets and bed sheets were very dirty and stained. The staff weren’t service oriented and didn’t know how to talk to customers. Avoid staying here if you care about hygiene. Don’t spoil your Goa trip by choosing a cheap resort. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere good!!!

We booked through Oyo expecting basic cleanliness, but the small hotel was poorly maintained despite being uncrowded and having basic infrastructure. The room smelled damp enough to trigger allergies, so we asked for room freshener. The AC was years old and couldn’t cool even the small room. From 9 am onward we had water problems, and they asked us to use a bathroom in another room. There’s no restaurant yet, though one was listed as available when we booked. We’d also paid for breakfast, but they didn’t serve it until we asked. The portions were tiny: one day, one paratha with curd and tea; the next, three poori and sabji. Don’t expect much here. You can easily find a better option at the same rates.

We had no bathroom water when we woke at 8:30 am on the 9th, so we couldn’t brush or freshen up. We thought it might be temporary and told reception, but by 11:30 am there was still no water. I also logged a complaint with OYO. They let us use the bathroom in another room at 11:30, and we checked out around 1 pm because getting ready took so long. I’d planned to visit a few places that morning but had to skip them because my bus was at 5 pm. OYO and the hotel ruined our Goa experience. I’d gone to Goa for two days with my wife and booked two nights, from 7th December to 9th December 2018, paying extra for breakfast. On the morning of 8th December, I got a message saying I’d checked out early, and an early checkout fee of Rs 1500 was charged. While at Anjuna Beach, I called the hotel, but they said they knew nothing and told me to contact OYO. OYO said the hotel had checked me out. After about an hour, I was told to pay the hotel Rs 1500 for a new booking from the 8th to the 9th, with a promise it would be refunded after 7 working days. After another hour, a complimentary room was booked. That room didn’t include breakfast, and they asked me to pay again even though I’d already paid for two days. I declined. On the morning of the 9th, I got a call saying breakfast had been added.

A good spot for budget travellers, with good service overall. I paid 1500 per room per day, though of course it depends on the timing. I visited in Jan '19. You get what you pay for.
