The biggest problem was the room AC, which made loud noise all night and kept me from sleeping comfortably. The Wi-Fi didn’t work either. I reported it, but the staff took the complaint casually, ignored it, and made no effort to fix anything. There weren’t even basic toiletries in the bathroom. When I brought up these problems, the staff were uncooperative and showed little interest in helping. The reception staff were especially impolite and unprofessional, acting dismissive toward guests. They also seemed to judge people by their looks, and their behavior changed accordingly. With the poor room condition, missing amenities, and unhelpful service, this place offers no value for money. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay here again.

The vegetarian restaurant was a highlight for me. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the hospitality there was great. The hotel has an informal, homey feel and seems suited to families or business travelers looking for a three-star stay that doesn’t cost too much. My room was clean, streamlined, and well maintained, a relaxing place to come back to after a long day of travel. Housekeeping and front desk staff were always ready to help with a smile.

I stayed today at Hotel Krishna Inn, Sambhaji Nagar, in Room No 205. Given the room tariff, I expected more. The rates are relatively high, but the facilities and service don’t justify the cost. There was no hand wash, body wash, or body lotion in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi either didn’t work properly or wouldn’t connect during my stay. We were also told that newly married couples aren’t permitted, which could matter to some people when booking. The staff was alarmed not cooperative. With the gaps in facilities and value for money, I wouldn’t recommend this property and would look at other places in the area.

We stayed for one night and had a very nice experience. The rooms were clean and good, service was really good, and the staff were polite and cordial. There’s ample parking, too. We had thalis at the restaurant and the food was really good. I’d recommend it for families looking for a budget-friendly stay.

We spent four nights here after booking three rooms for our trip. All the staff provided really good service, and the breakfast choices were tasty. Mr. Ashwin helped us throughout, from the online booking process right through checkout. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Thank you 😊
