The rooms were missing the electric kettle and tea set shown when I booked, and there was no phone or intercom to reach reception. They said the phones would be installed soon. Even so, it was a pleasant stay: the place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and the staff were polite and helpful.

The room was in poor shape for what they charged. The bathroom wasn't clean, paint was peeling off the walls, and there was a strong non-veg smell throughout the hotel. The price felt far too high compared with the condition of the room.

Manoj was really kind and helpful, and the service was good. The facilities were great too.

The bed was too small for two people, parking was on the roadside, and the AC and TV both didn't work. They charged three-star hotel prices but gave third-class service, and wouldn't provide another room. Management wasn't promising either. Worst OYO experience.

The room seemed to have been left as the previous guest had used it, with old bedding and a mattress, plus food spilled on the blankets. It wasn't clean at all. The TV didn't work, and the infrastructure was poor overall.
