The Grace Hotel Near IGI Airport, New Delhi

Finding the hotel was confusing at first. Aman Suites belongs to the Arch group, and the name isn't well known; I was taken to another nearby Arch hotel, and there was some mix-up with my online booking. The staff were polite and helpful, and both the hotel and surroundings were clean. My air-conditioned room had basic amenities including a water heater, electric kettle, and lift access. In Mahipalpur, it's fairly close to the Delhi airport and not far from the main road, though it's on a side street. Breakfast was decent, but keep expectations modest since this isn't a star hotel. The stay was comfortable, though the very high online reviews may be a bit overhyped.

Deepika mam deserves special thanks for her professional coordination and support, and for making sure everything was taken care of. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout, so the stay was smooth and pleasant. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well managed. A very satisfying experience, highly recommended.

The rooms were clean, well maintained, and peaceful, a comfortable place to unwind after a long day. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were polite, professional, and ready to help with a warm smile. That personal touch made the stay at Hotel Arch even nicer. It was a smooth, comfortable experience, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for friendly service. I'd stay here again.

The restaurant food was fresh and really tasty, and everything was neat and clean. Staff at both the hotel and restaurant were friendly. We had a great experience.
