FabHotel Prime Cozy - Nr Yashoda Hospital, Hitech City

The room was dirty and didn’t have a lock. When I told the manager, he didn’t offer me another room. His behaviour and language were inappropriate. As a woman, I had to leave at 11:00pm. I never stayed there, but he kept the full amount. This was a pathetic, worst-ever experience. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY TO THIS HOTEL.

The rooms have all the amenities, and there’s parking for both cars and bikes. It’s a peaceful place with a lovely feel, and the hygiene was good throughout, from the entrance and lobby to the lifts, stairs, rooms, and bathrooms. Cozy offers budget luxury.

We arrived after a prepaid MMT booking for three people, expecting one room for two nights. In the rush, we hadn’t noticed that the property only allowed two guests per room, so MMT had actually booked two rooms. Devashish at reception asked how many rooms we’d booked. We said one, and although he knew there were two, he didn’t tell us. He wouldn’t let three of us stay in one room and kept insisting we ask MMT for a refund, even though the booking charges were nonrefundable. When we later learned about the second room and challenged him, he said he’d known, but wanted to keep one room for other guests because we’d said we had only booked one. He didn’t help us check in or figure out parking. The road outside was dug up, so we had to leave our car in a PG parking lot and pay. We waited more than two hours, and he still kept bringing up a refund despite knowing the booking was prepaid and nonrefundable. The room he gave us was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Its AC didn’t work, and the vents were broken. We started reporting the problem at 8pm, but he didn’t come until 1:30am, when he told us to put up with it until 10 the next morning. Even then, he asked us to take a refund. He was rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. It was a very disappointing experience, and I think management should remove him. He had no manners or respect, and I worry this kind of behavior will bring the hotel down.

Everything went smoothly, and I had a comfortable stay with no problems. Our first room was too small, but they moved us to a bigger one right away. Thanks for the service.
