Housr 50 Luxury Rooms Near Cyber Tower

Housr50 has been my worst housing experience. They charge ₹45,000 a month in rent and take a deposit of one and a half months, then refuse to return it after you move out. I've followed up constantly for 7-8 months and still haven't received a rupee. Each time, they repeat that the deposit will be “processed after 45 days,” even though many months have passed. Calls and messages get ignored, and eventually they block tenants instead of resolving things. In my view, this is intentional cheating, not a delay or mismanagement. They're holding people's hard-earned money without accountability. The management is extremely unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest. Don't stay here, you risk losing your deposit.

There’s a shared dining area with a microwave, fridge, and kettle, and you can get breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean, with attached bathrooms and modern amenities. It worked well for staying and getting office work done. Nice experience, though the food could’ve been better.

My experience at Housr & Housr Coliving, 50 Kondapur, Hyderabad, was awful and mentally traumatic. They promised to return the security deposit two months after I left, but it never came back. Calls went unanswered, and I was charged extra for all sorts of things. I felt manipulated and mentally harassed. The manager, Hruturaj Adkar, and a person named Arindam were especially involved. I found the manager’s behavior awful and considered him a liar and a fraud. I can’t put into words how pathetic and terrible this company is.

The reception staff were amazing and very accommodating. It’s one of the nicest places to live in this area, and I’d definitely recommend planning a stay here.
