The room was great, the staff were good, and the room matched the photos at an affordable price. The only problem was the water.

The rooms were well maintained, and the staff and management were friendly. Omar helped with laundry and room service, and even brought food for our parents. The reception was welcoming, and staff could speak Assamese, Telugu, Hindi, English, Bengali, Urdu and a few other languages. They helped me get a cab to the airport and to a nearby tourist spot. Prices start at 999. Highly recommend.

The room and bedsheet weren’t clean. I don’t think they wash the sheets regularly.

The hospitality was terrible and the cost was high. The staff were useless, and there was no backup electricity.
