Hotel Grand Himayat

The hotel was in poor condition and nothing like the online photos. We booked through an online platform, but the AC in our room didn't work properly, and although breakfast was included on the booking receipt, they refused to provide it. The staff were very rude and the service was third class. A very bad experience, total waste of money. Don't book.

I called the hotel to ask about the room requirements and speak with the Sales Coordinator. The person I think was Ms. Lalita hung up before hearing me out and didn't answer when I called several times. When I called from another number, she picked up and said, "I thought you wanted to sell rooms and we don't want rooms". She was rude again and wouldn't connect me to her senior, telling me to call tomorrow instead. My concern is that she judged what I wanted without hearing my request, then deliberately ignored my calls. Is this a Hotel or an Office where customers can't speak to the authorities when they need to? With people like this working at the hotel, I strongly suggest avoiding the property. Customers aren't respected, so it isn't worth spending your money or sending your guests there.

We stayed five days with family in a Suite room. It was large and spacious, and the first day's breakfast was good, but after that it wasn't worth having. The service was very poor, and the room wasn't cleaned properly. The people were good, but very lazy. It wasn't value for money. Management, please address the cleanliness and service. You've built a very good hotel in the right place, but these issues leave customers unhappy and make them unlikely to come back.

We chose this hotel because it was centrally located for Hyderabad's tourist spots, and the staff were helpful. But the hotel's and rooms' overall maintenance left us dissatisfied. In the first Suite Room, the toilet wasn't clean, so we asked to move and they agreed right away. The second suite had stained sheets. The first replacement was stained too, which was annoying. The third set was fine, and we kept it for the full three-day stay because we didn't want another disappointment. For hot water, we had to waste 5-6 buckets, perhaps because they use a centralized solar heater. The breakfast buffet was limited and not good, so we ate at nearby restaurants instead.
