The toilets smelled so foul that staying here was impossible, and the rooms were in terrible condition. We paid an extra 200 to change rooms, but it didn’t help. The owner is ignoring the complaints and has stopped answering calls. The place was extremely unhygienic.

I stayed four nights, and it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Oyo itself suggested it as a company serviced hotel, which made the state of things even more surprising. Insects kept appearing everywhere, though I don’t know what kind they were, and there were cockroaches all over. The sheets were dirty and weren’t changed until I reminded them to clean the room. It was very unhygienic. There was no Geisure for hot water, so every day I had to ask room service to bring a bucket of hot water. I strongly recommend not staying here.

The bathroom sprayers were broken or didn’t work, the sink was blocked, and charging points were broken too. There were no glasses or hangers. The mattress was in terrible condition, and the sheets, pillows, and quilt were stained. I also found a cockroach in the cupboard and bugs in the bedding. This place was extremely unhygienic and had no room service. Please don’t book this hotel. It’s worth staying at a railway or bus station instead. The government should inspect it and impose a hefty fine for the pathetic service to customers.

No cleaning staff came to clean our room during the three nights we stayed, and the whole experience was very bad. The washroom and commode were extremely dirty; the bedsheet and blanket were stained and dirty too. I guess they don’t clean regularly. The ceiling fan didn’t work properly, and the AC wasn’t cooling properly and leaked water. Not recommended.
