Getting around was convenient, with connections to Hitec City, Miyapur, Gachibowli, and Kazipet railway station. Room service was good, and everything else was fine. But the shared rooftop boiler wasn't working, so there was no hot water in the rooms. Even in cold Hyderabad weather, I had to bathe in cold water and ended up suffering from a cold. Nobody came to clean the room or washroom during my five days there, either. My overall experience was good.

They refused to check us in simply because we arrived by car, even though we'd prepaid through OYO for eight people. The hotel has no parking and says guests park at their own risk, but apparently that still wasn't acceptable. The worst OYO booking I've ever made.

We arrived with an OYO booking and were denied check-in because we had a car. You can't get a room if you drive there, even if you're willing to park at your own risk. The front desk staff were unpleasant too. A horrible experience. Don't book this hotel.

We spent nearly two hours asking, then had to switch hotels. The staff refused to let me check in because I'd parked outside the building, which has no parking spaces. A strange rule, and they behaved badly. Customer care didn't come to my rescue either. The staff were arrogant and showed no regard for the money we'd worked hard to earn. Don't go to this property.
