Hotel Golden Leaves By OYO Rooms

The staff were rude and unfriendly, and this hotel is much too expensive for what it offers. There was no breakfast or drinking water, and parking meant leaving the car on the roadside. The used bedsheets were dirty, with Dal and food stains all over them. There wasn't any water in the washroom until we called reception and someone came to turn on a tap. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The front desk manager was very rude, and this was the worst experience. A bedsheet already had stains before check-in, but they still charged us 1000 for it after it got dirty. Please don't stay here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The bed was the big problem for me. It was so uncomfortable that I ordered an extra blanket just to cover it and make it easier to sleep on. That's why I gave the room four stars. They should make fixing it a priority. The rest of the property was good for a short stay. It's a boutique hotel, not very large, with spacious rooms at a reasonable price. The standout is the fine dining and hospitality at the restaurant, which is why I booked a room after eating there first. The young restaurant staff took good care of my order, and the FNB Team deserves my appreciation. Nearby, there are snacks but not proper fine dining options. I stayed for two nights in March, and other than the bed, everything was good.

Parking is the main issue: you have to leave the car outside, almost by the main road. Aside from that, I had no problems. It's on the costly side, but the rooms are great, breakfast is included, and the location is very good. Keshav Reddy Sweets and Mawaari's are close by for snacks or dinner. If it fits your budget, you can go for it.
