I booked a room at Super Hotel O near JNTU in the MakeMyTrip app. They said I wasn’t old enough, even though I’m 22 and they’d stated the primary guest should be 18+. They took my ₹1081 and said they would refund it, but I still haven’t got my money back. Total scam, OYO. I also called customer care, but they didn’t respond. Don’t go there. It’s a waste of time and money. Stupid.
2/10
The staff were very rude and disrespectful, and customer service was pathetic. The rooms were dirty and badly maintained, with no Wi-Fi at all. I’m completely dissatisfied and will never stay here again. It was an extremely bad experience.

Everything is available near the property, and the rooms are good. The staff were very polite too. In the end, our stay was exlent.

They took more money than the amount paid online through OYO, and they didn’t provide 24-hour check-in and checkout. The staff behavior wasn’t good. Really a waste of a hotel.

Good location and qnnd service. The rooms and everything else are good.
