Hotel Sitara Grand Kukatpally

The breakfast coupon only covered idly, upma, and uggani. When we asked for dosa, puri, or vada, they just said management had decided to provide those three items. I was shocked by that response, and the rich photos on Google could easily mislead people, so I wanted to share this. The staff were very rude, especially the manager, Mr Apparao. He spoke to guests as if he were a jail warden dealing with criminals, with no basic courtesy. The place felt more like a government hostel, orphanage, or jail than a hotel, with no visible hospitality at all.

We’ve held our programs at this hotel, and the food is very good. The service is prompt too. Bheemsingh handled all the food service for our meeting really well. Thanks to the Sitara Grand KPHB team. We’re happy with the service.

If you ask for a parcel or any other service, they tell you to come down to reception to collect it instead of bringing it to your room. The reception staff also seem poorly informed and act arrogant and rude toward customers. They don’t know how to speak politely. Their attitude needs serious improvement.

I’m unhappy with the sales manager. He seemed rude and didn’t know how to convince customers, which isn’t appropriate in hospitality. They need trained staff who can handle corporate clients.
