The receptionist at Kumar Residency Inn didn't know the OYO pricing, and I waited 20 minutes before getting a room. I'd already searched five hotels, and none would honor the low OYO room prices. The TV had been disconnected for three months, and they still hadn't fixed it after I reminded them for two days. Horrible service. Hotels are ignoring OYO prices and pushing guests to pay their own rates. I'm never using OYO again.

At check-in, the management told us to wait 5-10 minutes, then suddenly changed the price and asked for extra money. Customers, don't book here. They are running a fraud, and I'm really disappointed.

I don't get the low reviews. The staff were polite, the rooms and surroundings were clean, and there are great supermarkets nearby. If booking online, use Oyo and double-check with them.

A terrible check-in. He asked for 1500 for the room even though I'd paid through the OYO app. He then told me to cancel the app booking or claimed there were no rooms available. Don't go here.

There was no ventilation, and the room smelled of urine so badly that it was hard to stand inside even for a minute. The bathroom stank too, had no bucket, and had cigarette butts in it. A definite no.
