Collection O Ayodhya Ring Road Bhopal

The staff were pathetic and didn't know how to speak to people. Faizan called me and harassed me, saying he'd provide a mattress for only 2, not 3, and asked for extra money for an added mattress. I'd already prepaid through the oyo app for 4 people. I had booked several rooms for 3 people for my sister's marriage at kanta Shrawan palace, across from this hotel, on 23 and 24 febuary 2026. I'd suggest looking for another hotel in the area, and my guests will review this hotel too.

There's only a bed and cupboard in the room, with no table or chairs. Food can be brought into the room, but there's nowhere to sit and eat, so you have to eat on the bed. The floor is so dirty that walking barefoot leaves your feet black. The bathroom is tiny and very dirty, its walls are dirty too, and water collects near the drain.

Even the towel they gave me was dirty. Check-in was a really bad experience, with an unfriendly staff member creating hassles through unnecessary questions and doubts.

The rooms are good and the hotel staff were very nice. If I need to stay in Bhopal again, I'll choose this hotel.
