The ambience is good, the staff were cordial, and the place was kept hygienic. The Telugu dishes felt authentic, and the Hyderabadi food was tasty. Try the Kaju Paneer Biryani, the food’s worth experiencing.

I ordered Chicken Corn Soup and Black Pepper Soft Chicken Noodles last night, and neither tasted good. The chicken smelled bad, and the soup was unpleasant too. I’m disappointed, especially for Sitara Grand. They need to improve the food quality and hygiene. I’ll think twice before going back.

We booked the banquet hall and food here last week for an engagement. Everyone really liked the hospitality. We chose the vegetarian menu, and every item we picked was so tasty. My relatives gave us lovely feedback, and I’m very thankful to the management.

The veg biryani rice smelled really bad and odd, and it didn’t seem fresh. It looked like they’d mixed in leftover rice from the day before. When I complained, they argued with me about how much rice they’d replace and handled it very badly. I haven’t seen anything like it. At least the rice should be cooked the same day.
