The suite was ready on time and very clean, with the toiletries and other amenities stocked. It was spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to play, ample cupboard space, sofas, an attached bathroom, a guest washroom, a jacuzzi, and separate wash areas. The lighting also made the room feel comfortable. The staff even put up a canopy for our child, which amazed them. Before we arrived, relationship manager Nivedita Dutta reached out to learn what we needed, especially with kids traveling with us. She and the reception team welcomed us warmly, with refreshing drinks. The staff made the whole family stay feel easy and thoughtful, from check-in onward. We enjoyed the temperature-controlled pool, and were pleasantly surprised that the steam bath was complimentary, with no extra charge. Breakfast was reasonably priced, and they could bring food, including live items, to the table on request. The staff were courteous and suggested dishes to try. The hotel’s decor was elegant and the ambiance amazing. In the dining room, Saurabh Nayal was efficient and especially courteous to guests. I had lunch at Park Hyatt yesterday and chose the buffet, with Indian, Pan-Asian, and Continental food. The Pan-Asian dishes were the best, especially the fish and lamb with egg noodles. The Indian selection was wide, but only OK in taste, and the area could have been tidier, with food spilled around the casseroles from guests serving themselves. The ice cream was tasty, though surprisingly served in small ready-made cardboard cartons like the ones sold on the street.

The lobby is beautiful, and I really liked the huge mural in its center. The hotel is large, and the gym was a pleasant surprise, since big hotels often don’t have a good working one. My room was spacious, clean, and nice, and the check-in was pleasant. Breakfast had a great selection of bakery items and tasted delicious. The only thing I’d change is the old-looking lobby carpet. I’d stay here again.

Meals from breakfast through dinner were consistently flavorful and beautifully presented, with impressive variety and care in the preparation. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well designed, with thoughtful bedding, lighting, amenities, and a practical layout that still felt luxurious and cozy. Staff were warm, attentive, and seemed to anticipate what we needed. Every interaction felt personal and professional, and service was prompt without feeling rushed. From arrival to checkout, everything was handled thoughtfully and made the stay relaxing. Taken together, the customer care, room, food, and service made this a flawless stay and one of my best travel experiences. A clear 10 out of 10 and deserving of the highest rating.
