The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients, great service, and loads of flavour in every bite. 😋 I loved it. ⭐ One thing, though, the France biryani is missing spice. Please improve that.

We ended up walking out after placing our order and cancelling it. We’d spent our hard-earned money hoping for a good meal and respectful treatment, but the service was awful. The staff answered rudely, showed no respect, and made us feel unwelcome. They even treated elderly customers that way. The food was the worst we’ve had at this kind of restaurant. I’d never recommend the place to anyone who respects themselves.

Hotel kass's biryani used to be one of my favourites, but my view changed today. I ordered a chicken 65 mini biryani and found an insect in it. I’m really, really disappointed.

The mutton biryani was extremely disappointing. Most of it was bones, with barely any meat, and the meat was rock hard. It seemed stale or undercooked. Avoid this place, and better prefer parivaar hotel.
