The room photos can be misleading, the rooms are quite small in person. I also found one or two small cockroaches on the bed, the toilet seat was broken, and the AC kept dripping water onto the floor. Hope this helps someone.
The rooms are poor for the price, and hot water was an issue. Service was terrible. They wouldn't let us use a common toilet or check in early, even though we were only an hour or two ahead of our arrival time. Some staff were courteous, but one was boorish and bad-mannered, to put it mildly. It's pathetic that he's in charge. This should be anyone's last resort.
The quiet location was a plus, with some wonderful restaurants nearby, and I was very happy with the rates for my first OYO stay. I was there for a medical conference and wanted budget accommodation. I included photos of the room I used. I couldn't open the window for fresh air because of the pigeons, even though there was tight mesh. I was worried about microbes. The place would have earned another half star if the room had a view, I could get fresh air, and the 8 am breakfast offered more than idli and bread. For what I paid, I loved it and would return.
It's easy to find on the main road in Sindhi colony, near familiar places like ICICI Bank and Naturals. The rooms are in decent shape, cleanliness is okay, and the facilities are good. Service was good, the staff were friendly, and there's car parking. The price is reasonable too. I had a good stay.
For 1200 rupees, the rooms were excellent, with an LED TV, AC, and very clean toilets. The rooms themselves were amazing, though the service was average and the outlook just okay. But there were cockroaches everywhere, and my body started itching when I lay in bed. I tried changing the bedsheet. For the price, it's okay, but my opinion is mixed.
