The rooms are nice, and the place seems to be at the top of the building. A non-AC room costs 1500, which feels expensive.

The lift isn’t working, which could be a problem for seniors or families with children. They say there’s car parking, though I’m not sure the facilities are adequate. If accessibility or getting around easily matters to you, you may want to consider another option.

We were in Hyderabad because my parents were getting treatment at AIG Hospital, and Hotel Skymoon Luxury Rooms on Gachibowli Main Road gave us a comfortable place to stay during a difficult time. It’s beside the main road and near old Mumbai Highway, with easy access to the hospital, shopping malls, decent restaurants, and local shops for daily essentials. It felt like a home away from home. We hadn’t booked in advance, but one call was enough for them to quickly arrange a large room with a king-size bed for the three of us. The price was surprisingly affordable for a luxury hotel and the services and amenities we got. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and even study tables for late-night studying. The staff were warm and compassionate. Their kind words, smiles, and understanding helped us through stressful days at the hospital and made the stay much more bearable. The hotel also had 24-hour hot and cold drinking water, clean bathing water, and good air conditioning. The peaceful, elegant atmosphere was a welcome place to return to after long hospital days. We’re really grateful for the care we received.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt unwelcome. The cleanliness was poor too, with rooms and common areas that didn’t seem well maintained, which made me uncomfortable. The prices also didn’t make sense. A full day is advertised online for ₹1,000, but when I asked about staying for just five hours, they quoted me ₹1,300. My stay at Skymoon Hotel in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, was frustrating and not worth the cost. I wouldn’t recommend it for cleanliness, fair prices, or basic hospitality. Management needs to address these problems.
