I'm absolutely dissatisfied with the service. Even after you book through an app, they may refuse to give you a room if the price isn't what they want, then demand extra money. If the app gives a customer a discount, of course they'll use it. Why should I pay more just to stay in a below average hotel? The staff look shady, and this place deserves one star.

The staff were helpful and behaved well, but the stay wasn't what I expected from somewhere OYO labels premium. There's no premium feel here, and the breakfast wasn't up to the mark. The apartment looks good from outside, and the rooms are okay, but my room had a broken lock, discoloured walls, and an unclean bedsheet.

It's hit or miss here. A couple of the staff are good, but the rest are very rude. The rooms get 4 out of 5 from me, and the construction of Fresh Living deserves credit. Still, I believe they cheated me on early check-in during my second visit. They charged me but gave me a paper bill and kept no copy. Bogus bills suggest either employees are cheating the business or the bookkeeping is bad. Either way, someone is unethical. You get what you pay for, and I won't be back a third time. Good luck, folks.

Most things were pretty good, but the staff weren't. They asked for extra payment because I'd booked online. When I asked for a refund so I could stay somewhere else, they said I hadn't paid them, I'd paid the website, and refused to refund me. With no other choice, I paid the extra amount to stay. The helpline didn't help either.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were polite and courteous. It was also wheelchair accessible. I had an amazing, comfortable trip to Hyderabad and look forward to staying at this OYO property again.
