Vijay was especially disrespectful and didn’t know how to speak politely to customers. The staff seemed focused on charging guests extra for reasons that didn’t seem justified, and their attitude was rude and unprofessional. The stay was completely ruined. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone wanting fair service or basic courtesy.

Most of the other service during my stay was good, but I had trouble getting a light fixed. It was tucked into a beam and wasn’t working; staff said there was no light under the beam, and didn’t repair it when I asked. There was also inconsistent treatment with a bottle of water on departure: it wasn’t chargeable in the room, but if requested at reception, they charged for it. We had booked for 3 nights 4 days, so I believe service should continue on the last day too. That felt unprofessional on the staff’s part.

The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished, and they’re very well maintained. Service was great too.

I paid for a two-day stay and was told my invoice would be emailed to me, but it never arrived. I’ve called several times and haven’t gotten a response. Don’t trust them.
