A nice hotel for families and friends. I’ve stayed here several times and had a great time.

2/10
The rooms, sheets, and bathrooms were dirty, there was an unpleasant smell, and basic upkeep seemed poor. I also ran into maintenance problems like broken items and leaking taps, along with noise and comfort issues such as uncomfortable beds and poor ventilation or AC. The rooms seemed smaller than the photos suggested, promised amenities were missing, and the price felt too high, with charges I hadn’t expected. Staff were slow to respond, and complaints were ignored. I spoke to manager nikhil about it, but he was rude and unhelpful. If several reviews are raising the same concerns, like dirty rooms or rude staff, that seems like a serious warning sign.
