Treebo Shubham SR Nagar

I paid the full amount through Goibibo, but the hotel denied my reservation. When I called Goibibo customer care from the hotel, they asked me to book again at a higher price. The hotel then gave me a room after I paid an advance for two nights, but refused to refund the amount at checkout after I stayed just one night. They cheat customers. They don't issue an invoice for the amount paid or refund the deposit. Room service was very poor, and reception wasn't great.

This was my second stay at treebo, and the mismanagement made it a very poor experience. The place is oyo, not treebo, and its facilities don't match other treebo places or the description in the app. The room and breakfast didn't match what was listed, and there were no hangers in the bathroom. Staff didn't seem to know what was going on, so every time we needed something, we had to show them the treebo app and details. I waited nearly an hour to check in. They said they didn't accept prebooking and that I had to pay again, because staff hadn't checked whether it was an oyo or treebo booking. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but there wasn't much to ask for. I hope treebo drops this property because it ruins the treebo image.

Worst experience. I stayed one night for an official visit, and the room and service were terrible. If you want to see how bad a room or service can be, book this hotel. Please don't.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well kept, with water available around the clock. Mr.Anjani Kumar supported us throughout our five-day stay, which made the visit especially good.
