The buffet breakfast had a good spread, and dinner was decent too. Our spacious, well-equipped room was very good, and the reception and service staff were courteous and helpful. We booked a night at Greens Inn with a Ramoji studio tour package, and the hotel shuttle made trips to and from Ramoji film city easy. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting the film city. Just arrange a city cab ahead of time, since they can be hard to find late.

We liked how quiet the location was, and the Opal room was comfortable. The Ramoji Filmcity package also worked smoothly, with drop-off and pickup included. Food was a big issue during our stay. A shooting crew had taken over the whole restaurant, so we had to look elsewhere to eat because we didn’t want room service. We’d asked before booking whether food would be available and were told it would be. Getting back to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport was another headache. We booked Ola and Uber rides through the apps for around Rs.550-600, but drivers demanded Rs.1200. We’d checked about ride availability when booking and had been reassured, and the hotel staff didn’t help. After trying about 10-12 cabs, we accepted one driver’s offer of Rs.800. His Uber booking with us was canceled by then, so we paid him the full amount. We were very unhappy and irritated. This left us with a bad feeling about the hotel and Hyderabad. The hotel should pay more attention to guests’ needs and prevent this kind of activity in its vicinity.

The people here were warm and friendly, and service was what stood out most to me. The property has a calming atmosphere once you’re inside, with clean, spacious rooms. I only ate breakfast, and it was good with plenty of options. There’s also a children’s play area and an open gym. Great value for money, and I’d absolutely recommend it.
