It felt like a homely stay, and the food tasted nice. The staff were friendly and served us well. AC, TV, and water were all available in the room. We loved the staff as a family, especially his warm, loving manner. Special thanks to Mr Ahmad. I'd happily come back.

My family stayed here on 25th October 2024. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very cooperative, and I'd highly recommend the place.

The managing team should fix some switches and door locks, and check that each room is ready before handing it over. The stay was good otherwise, with clean, tidy, very spacious rooms that suited families perfectly.

The bathroom at Saba service apartment smelled bad and wasn't clean. I also got no drinking water, towels, or toiletries, and the explanation for the missing items was a weak Covid excuse. Reception staff were rude, and when I asked about checking out late, they told me to book another night through the app. A horrible stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

My parents had a good stay when they came to visit Hyderabad. The room and toilet were clean, and the staff were fine. Charminar is close enough to walk to, which made it easy for them to go shopping in the evening.
