OYO 37906 New Asian Lodge

We arrived around midnight, so with no other option we had to accept the very bad room they gave us after booking. It had no ventilation and felt suffocating. The staff spoke arrogantly, basically saying, "Go and complain if you want." The service was bad, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Even after repeated requests, nobody cared. They only cared about money and kept asking for it like an alarm. As a family man, I'd say never go here. You'll arrive healthy and return sick.

Is there a rating below zero? I'd give it that. On 20 May 2020, they told me to cancel my OYO booking because they weren't providing rooms for online reservations. Then they asked me to take a room without an online booking and pay 1200rs. The room was filthy. The bedsheet, pillows, and blanket hadn't been washed, the floor was dusty, and the washroom was very dirty. A bad smell hit me as soon as I entered. This is an honest review. Please read it before booking.

The TV wouldn't work, the switchboard was broken, and the bathroom had a 0 watt bulb. They didn't give me a bath towel when I asked, and there was no hot water. On top of that, they charged me 350/- extra. I wish I could give a negative rating. OYO is so fu¢₹ed up. Avoid this place like the plague.

Friends, check whether you're booking a hotel or a lodge first. It's a lodge, so expect rooms like that. The first-floor rooms are in very bad condition, while the rooms from the second floor up are okay. The price is high for the comfort you get. There's no proper parking area or proper almaras.
