For the price, I didn’t find this stay worth it. I paid 10,700/- for two rooms for two days for five people. In my view, it would only make sense below 2500/- for two people with breakfast, or 3000/- for three. There were some positives: the toilets were clean with soap dispensers and body wash, both rooms were clean, and the second had more space than the first. Complaints did sometimes get an immediate resolution, though some took longer. Several things were disappointing. The extra bedding was unprofessional: on the first day, they gave us an extra bedsheet for a pillow cover and used a bed cover as a blanket. Even the drinking glasses were uncovered and mismatched in shape. At check-in, the receptionist rudely demanded the balance payment before handing my family the keys, despite the advance already paid. I spoke to the area manager and complained, after which they resolved it. The Google photos weren’t accurate, so I’d suggest confirming with the hotel and asking for a live room video before booking. The premium room listing showed a separate bed for three people, but the hotel provided only a floor mattress. Breakfast was also a letdown: despite being promised both North and South Indian options, we got only idli and vada on both days. The owner said no North Indian food was available because the chef wasn’t there. The milk tasted bad, and the bread, butter, Zam chutney, and sambhar weren’t hot. There were too few idlis, the only option, and they ran out before the stated breakfast time ended. Staff said we were late, so one day we had to leave without a proper breakfast. I’d eat outside instead.

Khairatabad Metro Station is just a one-minute walk away, which made the location really convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities, and the staff were friendly and polite. Treebo is running The Living hotel well, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is included, but the choice is very limited. I wanted to give five stars, but the taste, quality, and variety need work. We paid 2400 per day including breakfast. You could contact the property directly, as they may offer a good discount.

We stayed as two couples, in two rooms, for three days. The rooms were okay, but the service was poor. We had to call repeatedly for towels, and they provided just one towel for a double occupancy. Breakfast quality and service were worse: plates and crockery took a long time to arrive, and even the tea and coffee weren’t served hot. Overall, it wasn’t a good stay.

I’ve been unhappy with my stay in room 202, where I’ve been since 2nd February 2026. Despite repeated requests, nobody comes to clean the room. It has only been cleaned once since 2nd February. There are no lunch or dinner arrangements for guests either. The breakfast is awful, and the staff there aren’t cooperative. The staff overall are the worst, and the younger ones are stubborn and won’t listen to advice. I’m asking the hotel owner to take necessary steps.
