The rooms and stay were good, but the refund experience made it bad. In my case, the other party never signed the legal agreement, so it feels like a sham. They dodge calls and send you to different people just to get an update. Don't expect your deposit back without a fight.

We moved out on July 18th 2025 and still haven't received our security deposit. The property manager keeps changing and doesn't answer calls. Once you've left, they just ghost you. There's no helpline number, and after months of chasing them I'm completely frustrated. Please be careful if you book here. They show no ethics or integrity in doing the right thing.

I lived there for six months, and management was completely incompetent. Services and cleanliness weren't properly maintained. The food was cheap quality and never enough for the whole PG, so every day some people were left hungry. Laundry was poor too: they misplaced clothes and mixed them up with other people's.
