The property looks great, with a lovely ambience and aesthetics, and its location is convenient for my office. Staff are well managed and easy to reach when needed. I highly recommend the property, brand, and services.

I stayed for two nights. The rooms were spacious and neat, and the staff were disciplined and well trained. The property is close to the metro station and major business parks.

For the rent of ₹45K–₹50K a month, the value felt poor. Food quality and taste were bad, with only two meals included. Electricity was insanely expensive, water problems came up often, housekeeping was delayed, linen changes were inconsistent, the internet went out frequently, and some of the linen was visibly torn. The deposit process was stressful and unclear. When I moved out, I was told it would be processed within 45 days, but there was no formal exit communication, no clear breakdown of deductions, and no timely updates afterward. It's now been over 90 days, and I still haven't received the deposit. Based on what some colleagues experienced, I don't think I'll get it back anytime soon.

The hotel felt airy and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. I was really impressed by how spacious it was, and liked the comfort and ambiance.
