OYO 30744 The Gate

I expected better from OYO, but the service here fell below standard. Requests for room cleaning and fresh towels were ignored or took hours, and the staff were unresponsive and unprofessional. The front desk girl was especially rude and seemed to have no idea how to speak to customers. My stay was very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it unless the service improves.

The sheets were dirty and smelled bad, and the room was full of cockroaches, even on the bed. The reception guy was the worst. It seemed like they give OYO bookings the worst rooms in the hotel.

They show one rate on the booking sites, then ask for double when you get to the hotel. Very poor. Don't go here.

The location is terrible: you hear train horns every 30 minutes, and even OLA drivers won't come because the hotel is hard to reach. Inside, the room was nasty and poorly maintained, with broken drawers and cockroaches under the bed that came out at night. The receptionists were rude, charged extra for early check-in even by 1-2 hours, and wouldn't allow late checkout. This was the worst room I've ever stayed in, and it wasn't worth the money.
