We booked two rooms, but waited almost two hours while they got only one ready. They kept saying the second was being prepared, even though rooms were available. When we first arrived, there wasn't even a receptionist, and the person who eventually showed up said the rooms weren't ready. The Fab Hotel support team couldn't offer a proper solution either. The poor management and coordination were unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place if you value your time or basic hospitality. Worst.

The location is great, though the Google Maps location is wrong. Service at Welcome was nice, but there wasn't room service, not even for a cup of tea.

I stayed four nights, and the linens weren't clean. There was water leaking in the bathroom too. The hotel is combined with a PG, and the complimentary breakfast is with the PG. It didn't feel worth staying for a hotel experience.

I arrived around 10 o'clock, and luckily a room was available. They didn't charge me for checking in early, and the service throughout was very satisfying. The location is 2 km from the Consulate, and Uber was available within five minutes. Food elsewhere was too spicy for me, but the meals here tasted like home cooking. I stayed for three days and ended up having dinner here as well. Good value for money. Keep up the service.

The chutney was especially tasty, and the staff were really helpful. FabHotel Broholic Suites has a nice vibe and a great location. I had a comfy, relaxed stay and really enjoyed it.
