I arrived around 1 AM after traveling from another country for a vacation. I was with my driver and a friend and needed somewhere to sleep, so I didn't argue when the hotel demanded 2060/- instead of the 1886/- shown in the OYO app for two days. They said my booking would be cancelled if I paid through the app. The room they gave us didn't match the pictures, was tiny and dirty, and had no hygiene. The AC only blew warm air, and I couldn't fix what seemed to be a compressor problem. I asked for a room upgrade the next day, but was told none were available, even though many rooms looked empty, locked from outside, with keys hanging on a board. The washrooms were so nasty I couldn't bring myself to photograph them. Staff weren't supportive of the OYO app either. This was a miserable stay, and @OYO should look into the staff and hospitality here because it affects their reputation. I could only select the lowest rating since zero stars wasn't an option. Avoid this place if you can.

No TV, no hot water, nothing. The worst experience I've had.

The room was filthy, with dirty bedsheets and an unclean restroom that still had used soap on the washbasin. I was charged 1050 in total when booking, supposedly including early check-in, then asked for another 300 when I arrived. The room wasn't worth even 500 rupees. The receptionist was unhelpful, and nobody seemed to care about cleanliness. Oyo took my money and didn't give a refund, and calling this a flagship hotel feels like a joke. I wouldn't book here or through Oyo again. Zero stars would've been fair.

Nothing here seems maintained, and everything is low standard. The staff don't respond, the washbasin has no water, the beds aren't good, and the AC doesn't run in any of the rooms.

The staff were so rude and incompetent that the whole stay felt like a nightmare. I was left shocked by how badly they behaved, and I can't find words that do justice to how disappointed I am. This place fails at even basic hospitality. Avoid it, and be warned about the terrible service if you go.
