Fabhotel De Alphabet Ii

We arrived with our child on October 11, 2025, for two confirmed bookings, one under my husband’s name, Srinivas Krishnasamy, booking ID 2PSICX, and one under mine, Ipsita Majumder, booking ID PILERC. The receptionist said neither room was available that night, including for the confirmed booking, and claimed the only available room had been booked for five customers through the fab hotel website. He and the manager offered no help, even though we were told the problem was with fab hotel. Customer care didn’t connect until 9 AM. After that, the executives repeatedly put us on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and disconnected. When one executive finally conference-called the hotel, the hotel representative said they had booked a single room for five customers. We were told a complaint had already been registered and that we’d get a 100% refund for both bookings. Now fab hotel has emailed us saying no refund applies because the receptionist claims we wanted early check-in and didn’t take the one available room. This is a total fraud case from fab hotel. We’re taking legal action. Please don’t be drawn in by the cheap price and attractive location. From reception and management to customer care, everybody is fraud. Regards, Srinivas and Ipsita
