The location is handy, next to Forum mall, on main roads and easy to reach by cabs like ola. The staff were helpful, and I had a very nice stay in a clean room with a good bathroom supply of products. I didn't come across any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. I'd arrange your own food instead of relying on this place. Swiggy delivers here just fine.

A complete waste of money. We booked through booking.com for three people, expecting a king-size bed and an extra bed. They charged a lot extra, then gave us a mattress on the floor. There were hidden charges collected after check-in that hadn't appeared during booking, and the facilities listed on booking.com weren't there in reality. They didn't provide toiletries at all. Breakfast was two poor-quality idilies and two tiny, poor-quality punugu, like a 20rs roadside breakfast. Don't get fooled by what the booking websites show.

The room cleaning was a problem. There were coockroch in both the room and bathroom, and no shower gel or towels were provided. On the plus side, they allowed early check-in. The location and neighborhood are excellent, quiet, and close enough to walk to Forum Nexus Mall, with good places for evening snacks. Breakfast was good.

The reception guys were very rude and didn't seem to know how to talk to customers. For two people sharing, the room is small, and the food isn't worth the price. They're charging 30k per month for two sharing. Highly not recommended, choose another PG.
