The staff demanded extra money, which was unacceptable. The room smelled bad, had no towels, and wasn't clean. The bed and sheets were dirty, and the poor ventilation made things uncomfortable. The TV and AC didn't work either. Maintenance was very poor, and I'm highly disappointed with the stay.
The rooms are neat and look good, and the hotel management provides fine service. They take good care of you and the place has a homely feel.
