The staff were friendly and punctual, and the cleaning staff came every day without any problems. I booked through OYO and stayed for 8 days. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities they advertise are provided. Just be aware that room sizes vary, with one option about 60% the size of the larger rooms. I didn’t try the food during my stay. Everything else was good, though the hotel could improve how it provides drinking water. They give it in 1 litre bottles, so you have to keep calling for more. A water can or even water mugs might solve that.

The management is badly run and undisciplined, with poor maintenance. I’ve never seen worse management in the food and beverage business. The managers are money frauds. Please take care with this kind of hotel management. I’d give a negative rating if I could.

A Japanese colleague of mine booked after reading the reviews and stayed for a few days, but his room looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, the washroom was unclean, and there was no water in it. The way he was treated was simply unacceptable.

For a quiet stay with your spouse, this place has a lovely ambience. It’s one of the few Oyo places I’ve seen with quality rooms. You can get a great balcony view by booking on the topmost floor, or choose the first floor, where you also get a living room entirely to yourself.

The WiFi has very limited range, and there’s no laundry service unless you have at least 10 garments. Even the hotel receptionist advised me to change hotels. It wasn’t worth the money.
