The room was average, but the hotel was extremely dirty. I registered a complaint more than 32 hours ago, marked it as very urgent, and still got no help. I called the number they gave me three or four times; they just kept asking for more time, and one person was rude. The OYO manager showed no professionalism and offered no help, despite all the claims about support. This was a really disappointing first experience. I'm not booking OYO again and will tell others to avoid it too. OYO, please look into this if you can.

The spacious, clean rooms make this a decent place for a family stay. But don't expect much to watch on TV, there aren't any channels beyond the local-language ones.

The rooms may have been nice once, but the place isn't being maintained properly now. The linen was dirty, the commode wobbled, charging sockets were loose, and the Wi-Fi was painfully slow. The TV looked more like a desktop, and there were no regional channels. The lift doors had gutka spit on them, and basic cleanliness was so poor I couldn't even bring it up with anyone. Breakfast was the worst I've had, and I wasted 95 on it. Getting anywhere was a nightmare too. At night and in the daytime, it feels like a long walk through a jungle. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, and you have to walk 12-15 minutes to find anything. The hotel itself could be nice, but if they're not going to maintain it, they should close it instead of making guests uncomfortable. OYO should check its partner hotels and remove places that aren't looked after. The photos were taken when the hotel first opened, by the looks of it, and should be replaced with current ones so customers know what they're booking. Keep listing places like this and you'll lose customers. Think before booking.

The employees were good and friendly, so I was comfortable there. Still, privacy was only partial, and some rooms had loads of mosquitoes.
