The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was satisfactory when I dined here. Staff were consistently polite, from the front desk onward, and exceptionally helpful. The establishment is well kept and quite pleasing overall.

The room was thoughtfully designed, though a little small, and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was nice too, and there’s a spa and gym to use. Getting to the Outer Ring Road from the hotel is easy.

The meals were a real highlight, tasty, nicely presented, and clearly made with care. I also felt comfortable throughout the stay because the rooms were cozy, clean, and well kept. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, humble, and genuinely helpful. A lovely visit, and I’d recommend it for the food and welcoming service.

The hygiene made this place feel unsafe to me. There was mold in the fridge and bathroom, and the room smelled of it. Room service food gave both my husband and me food poisoning. We felt robbed for what we paid, and I’d skip it if possible. Some things did go well: the front desk, concierge, bell hops, and security were thoroughly commendable. Breakfast service was good, and the restaurant staff were courteous, though not especially organized. The business center was convenient, and the location is an advantage. Wifi was supposed to allow two devices per person, but we only got two per room, so I relied on my own hotspot the whole time. I wouldn’t set foot on the property again.
