The location, hospitality, and room aesthetics were good enough for me to rate this four stars. I stayed for 8 or 9 days in May 2026. Breakfast was a letdown: fewer options than at other hotels with similar rates, and it was always served cold. There was also a water leak from the commode in room no. 208.

I came for lunch sessions a few days ago and noticed some women on staff having lunch on the steps. When I took the lift to the fourth floor, I found there was no cafeteria for staff. Please treat employees like human beings, not slaves. Respect MD Mr Srinivas. Without labour, you cannot run the show, so please provide proper facilities for staff. Thank you.

The rooms were excellent and the staff polite. Transport was especially easy, and they also provide vehicle services at reasonable rates. A premium service and a great experience.
