Super Hotel O RBS Classic Stay Boduppal

I booked through the OYO app and came after getting confirmation, but the staff told me not to pay online or they wouldn't give me a room. The app showed a ₹100 discount for online payment and ₹100 extra for paying at the hotel. It wasn't about the amount, their attitude was extremely unprofessional. After I checked in, I found the bedsheet and blanket dirty and immediately asked reception to change them. The staff argued instead of apologizing, repeatedly saying things like, “You didn’t book a 5-star hotel” and “You paid very less.” It was insulting and unnecessary. I was with a girl and didn't want to make a scene or draw attention, so I stayed quiet even though I felt very uncomfortable. There was constant noise from outside, the bathroom was in very poor condition, and there was no handwash. The whole stay was unpleasant and a waste of money and peace of mind. It honestly feels like they're paying people to post fake positive reviews on Google Maps, so I strongly suggest not trusting those reviews.
